How books are rated

Every book reviewed on No Shelf Control gets placed into clear brackets: Loved, Like, Eh, or Hated. I also spotlight books bought after reading, blind purchases, and novels that are better off staying as quick library borrows.

Unfiltered and spoiler-ready reviews

Expect real, passionate commentary on every title I pick up. Whether dissecting complex characters in Leigh Bardugo's Six of Crows or untangling mysteries in Natasha Preston's The Island, we discuss it all without holding back.
